I was extremely disappointed with the product I received, as the jacket did not look like the photos advertised on the website. Additionally, the sizing was inaccurate, and the jacket was too small for me.

When I contacted the company to request a return, it took approximately one week to receive a response. Initially, I was told that I could not return the jacket, despite their website stating that returns are accepted within 15 days. After further communication, they eventually agreed to provide a return address, but this process took another week.

I also found it concerning that the website lists an Australian address and phone number, but the phone number does not work. The package I received was actually sent from Pakistan, and I was instructed to return it there.

When I requested a return label, I was told that they do not provide return labels for customers, despite the website advertising a 15-day return policy. As a result, I had to organise the return myself and pay approximately AU$100 in international shipping costs.

Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. The product did not match the advertised images, the return process was difficult and time-consuming, and the lack of clear information about the return arrangements resulted in additional costs for me.

false advertisement regarding their return policy and also the address and phone number is from Australia but once you order something it comes from Pakistan and if the order is not right, you will have to pay $100 AUD to return the product!!!
